Windows 10: Unable to connect to external RDP

I should first point out that I am not a techy person. I have a Dell Inspiron 24 5410 All-In-One desktop computer with Windows 11 Pro. I work as an office manager for a Chrysler dealership. I connect to the dealership management software via cloud based Remote Desktop Connection. However, Windows 11 did an update and now I'm not able to connect to the DMS server on my desktop. The only way that I have been able to get my connection back is to do a factory reset on my pc. The only issue with that is my pc is constantly wanting to update and has, only for me to have to do yet another reset

Unable to launch applications in RDP session

Issue: User is unable to launch applications when connected to a device through RDP

To clarify:

RDP connection itself is successful. User is can access device. But when user clicks an application, it does not launch.

User IS able to launch applications when signed into destination device directly.

Other users are not encountering issues opening applications when connected via RDP on the same devices.

Issue seems to occur only on this users specific profile.

Any suggestions?

 

Unable to connect external drive.

Hi there,

I'm unable to connect my Seagate external hard drive after I upgraded my system to Windows 10. It didn't have any issues with connecting on previous OS. So to check if the problem is with the hard disk, I tried connecting a pen drive to my system and yes
it did. There are no problems in the hard drive as I also checked on my laptop.

I went through all other threads related to the same issue and found out that many people are facing the issue.

I followed those steps which were suggested but still the problem persists. Kindly help me with this.
