Windows 10: Unable to Connect After Shutdown – Login Issue

Hi, I'm facing an issue when I shut down my laptop and then turn it back on. Each time I restart, I'm greeted with a message that says:"We are unable to connect right now. Please check your network and try again later."When I click OK, it prompts me to enter my email and password to log in. I've attached an image of the screen for reference. My internet connection seems to be working fine for other devices. Could anyone suggest a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance for your help!Image attached.

Unable to login to the PC after updating to Windows 10 1903 update

I understand that you are facing issues while logging in to the PC after installing the latest Windows update. I appreciate your time and effort in trying to resolve the issue by performing certain steps to login.



To understand the issue better, please respond to the questions below:

1. Is the PC connected to university network/domain network?
   
2. Is the computer connected to the internet while you are trying to login to your computer?
   

If you are not connected to internet, please connect an Ethernet cable to the PC and then try logging.



However, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if that helps.



Method 1:



Try booting the PC in to safe mode and check if you are able to login. Refer the article

Start your PC in safe mode in Windows 10



If the issue persists, please try the next method.



Method 2:



Since you are unable to login, I would suggest you to try rolling back the update and check. Refer the section
Go back to your previous version of Windows in the article
Recovery options in Windows 10



In addition, you can also try resetting the password for the university account and check if you are able to login. In order to reset the password please get in touch with the university.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

  Are you able to login to Microsoft Account on Web?
  
• 
  Have you installed any language pack?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
