Windows 10: Unable to configure and authenticate a new computer.

Hello.I configured a new computer this time and installed windows, but I can't authenticate it.My Windows 10 is retail and I've tried removing the license key using the slmgr/cpky and slmgr/upk commands with administrator privileges on my previous computer, but it still doesn't activate.'Windows cannot be re-activated on these devices.'I can only see the message.I would appreciate it if you could let me know the solution on how to do it.And I'm wondering, does this community have Microsoft employees responding?
