Windows 10: Unable to access Microsoft account on Windows 11 lock screen

Dear Microsoft Support Team,I am reaching out to request your immediate assistance in resolving an issue that has temporarily barred me from accessing my Windows 11 device. Following a recent BIOS update, which altered the security settings on my system, I am unable to log in using my Microsoft account.Unfortunately, I cannot update my phone number or complete the verification process. Windows 10 stuck at lock screen, unable to enter password

Please do let us know the following to understand the issue and assist you better:

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Are you trying to log-in using Microsoft account or local account?
• Are you trying to enter pin or password?

Assuming that this issue might be because of keyboard, I suggest you to use on-screen keyboard from the lock screen and check if it helps.

Steps: From the lock screen, click on Ease of access and click on On-screen keyboard.

Windows 10 - Unable to change account picture and lock screen

Hi, I just realized after recent major update on windows 10 I'm facing some issues.
1. Unable to change account picture



2. Stuck on changing lock screen




I already do some troubleshooting:
1. sfc /scannow
2. DISM
- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
3. manually change the source of image in
- C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures
- C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\SystemData
but, none of them is working..

Please help me to find a solution instead of re-install the whole windows (which is exhausting). Thank you.

  Have you receive any error, when trying to Login using Microsoft Account on your system?

  Have you changed the password of your Microsoft Account/
  

I would suggest you to try the below methods and check if it helps:

Method 1: Change the language on the lock Screen.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Click the language on the bottom of the lock screen.
  
• 
  Select the English language and click Ok.
  
• 
  Put your password now and check if you are able to login.
  

If the language option is not available on the bottom of o lock screen, then try method 2.



Method 2: Use On Screen Keyboard.

Follow the below steps;

• 
  Click on the Ease of access icon on the bottom of lock screen.
  
• 
  Select the On Screen Keyboard.
  
• 
  Type your password through On Screen Keyboard.
