Working on my laptop and an alert message popped up showing that I should contact 888 406 0454. After realizing that whatever this warning message was, it was not going to let me move forward until it was resolved or so I thought. I called the number and what sounded like a man, with a middle eastern accent, told me to hold the "windows" button for 3-4 secs and immediately began telling me that I would need to get the spyware, he was selling for $149, which then went to $99. I asked, "Is the goal to get my computer working properly or is it to sell the "spyware"? He hung up. I called back an

I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

Try the following steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
• Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
• Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer
• Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer.

Method 2 I also suggest you to uncheck the
