  1. UI Scaling too BIG in Adobe Premiere Pro

The minimum is 1920x1080 for this software, but my HP ProBook Notebook PC only has 1366x786. Is there a workaround to either change scaling or somehow a virtual display? I don't have an external monitor.

    :)

  2. The UI doesn't scale on Adobe Premier and Photoshop Elements on a Surface Book

I'm using Adobe Premier and Photoshop Elements on a Surface Book... the UI doesn't scale, leaving me with almost unusable menus, and I've seen workarounds using External Manifest files, but all on Win 7 or 8. Before I wade into this, Is there anything
different about the registry or these files in Win 10?
