Windows 10: ubisoft connect starwars outlaw stopped loading after windows 11 update

after windows 11 update in october 2024, ubisoft connect games starwars outlaws and avatar stopped loading, coming up with an error message saying direct x drivers not correct or make sure l am running in compatability mode.

As per the issue description your game Starwars Commander started up in level 1 after being upgraded to level 8. We are not the right people to answer this query. This could be if there is some settings corruption. So, I would suggest you to contact

and see what they suggest.

Well that's why I asked. Mine is on SSD and takes 11 seconds. Your list of games will not appear if it has not checkd for updated suggested settings for awhile until it checks.

When it says it is refreshing the game list, it is checking, because NVIDIA periodically updates suggested settings. Plus it will look for those for new games you have installed.

So, the less it is run, the slower it will be.

Upon getting to roughly the same level in the game, I too have had this issue, as have several others by looking at the forums. It seems the Star Wars Commander Support Team believes it to be, a Microsoft Issue and Microsoft can says they cannot refund after
more than 30 days have passed since purchase. Either way it seems our progress is lost, and I personally am out over $200 since first playing the game. If Microsoft nor Disney can refund my money in full, I'll be filing a complaint report(s) with the US Better
Business Bureau. Unfortunately, I cannot get my hours upon hours of game play back as well.
