Windows 10: Two problems encountered on Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05

I have encountered two problems on my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05. Wrong time zone: Every time I turn on my laptop, and I go to Settings, it shows Central Time US & Canada instead of Eastern Time US & Canada. We are in Eastern Time US & Canada and when I change the setting to Eastern Time US & Canada and I turn on set time zone automatically, it reverts back to the wrong time zone.Maps showing wrong location: We live in 580 Rue de Guyenne Laval QC but on the Maps app, it is showing 18531 Glen Oak Ave, Lansing IL, United States. I tried updating it and it does not work.Pict

Despite following all the necessary steps, I keep receiving the message "This option is currently unavailable."
