Windows 10: Turning Off Caps Lock & Num Lock Notifications on HP Omen for Windows 10

"Caps Lock On" and "Caps Lock Off" as well as "Num Lock On" and "Num Lock Off" message is displayed onscreen when their corresponding buttons are pressed. How would I go about disabling this functionality? I’ve taken a look and don’t have an "HP Hotkey Support" in which to uncheck under the “Services” tab after typing in “msconfig” under the “Start Menu” unfortunately. I’ve installed and uninstalled, as it was not there previously, “HP System Event Utility” under “Settings > Apps > Installed Apps” with no luck. How do i turn off the caps lock notification that pops up every time i hit caps lock or num lock on my keyboard i have an hp omen and i cant find the setting

Caps Lock Notification Turn off?

Recently, both my HP Spectre and custom built PC have started receiving caps lock notifications, num lock notifications, and scroll lock notifications. I type using Caps Lock since it's much easier than shift but this new "feature" makes typing essays incredibly
annoying since it blocks what I am working on.
