Starting with Windows 10 build 15002, a new "Show me the Windows welcome experience after updates and occasionally when I sign in to highlight what's new and suggested" setting was added to the Notifications & actions page in Settings.

The first Windows welcome experience showed after updating to Windows 10 build 15014.

This tutorial will show you how to turn on or off showing the Windows welcome experience for your account in Windows 10.

Interesting. It appears to have changed since the tutorial was first posted. It's that way for me now in build 16199. What build do you currently have installed?

    Tutorial updated. *Smile

After a lot of testing in VMs, I can confirm that this was changed to using the SubscribedContent-310093Enabled DWORD starting with build 15031.
