Windows 10: Turbo Tax download still in process error

    Turbo Tax download still in process error


    I am attempting to install Turbo Tax, but an error code says it is still in process, as if downloading already. There is no evidence of this in task manager or services.How can I work or fix this?Unfortunately, system restore stopped working athough I set it upThanks,Joan* Moved from Community Participation Center* Turbo Tax added to title

    Installing Turbo Tax Deluxe 2016

    I'm using Windows 10 Pro and trying to install turbo tax. The installation process stops at 27% and in about 40 to 50 minutes times out with error message 65535.

    The computer is new and I have downloaded and installed several other programs since turbo tax failed. Any suggestions.
