Windows 10: TSST Corp CDDVDW TS-L633F on Toshiba Satellite upgraded to Windows 10

I am having trouble with my CD burner now that I have upgraded to Windows 10. I deleted the Toshiba Media Recovery and the other Toshiba program and the playback started working, but it still will not burn. I tried deleting Windows Media Player and re-downloading it, but still no burning. It comes up with an error that it was unable to burn the selected files to the disc. Other times it says the directory D or E depending on which device I am attempting to use, name is incorrect. I tried upgrading the drivers, but it says it already is running the latest driver for the device. I tried burning through file explorer-no good. It actually looks as if there are some files on the CD-R but it won't play back and the computer recognizes it as a blank CD-R apparently.

I even tried buying an external drive, but it does the same thing with it, only the external drive won't even play a CD.

After install windows 10 the cddvdw from Tsst Corp is not working. It does not read any cd or dvd

 

Laptop DVD wont work

My Toshiba Satellite laptop wont run my TSST corp CD DVDW, Model TS-L633F, configuration information is incomplete or damaged, Code 19, What do I do? My laptop came with Windows 7, now have Windows 10.

 

DVD doesnt work

Since I went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 my DVD read and writer wont work. computer doesnt show dvd even exists. do I need to change bios or UEFI settings? How? Toshiba Satellite A665-S6100x and a TSST corp TS-L633F CD DVDW
