Windows 10: Trying to uninstall an app but it is "still running"

    Trying to uninstall an app but it is "still running"


    I am trying to uninstall Epic Games - I've uninstalled part of it but the Epic Games Launcher wont uninstall as it says it is still running. Now I cant use it as part of it is uninstalled but i cant reinstall it from the Microsoft store as it says it's already uninstalled
