Windows 10: Trying to Load and Play Tetris

I'm getting a error message that says "Direct3D DX7 renderer" not there. I'm using Windows Home 10 and looking at what DirectX my machine is using is Direct12. This is beyond me. I just want to play the games and haven't a clue where to start when it will not install. Got any suggestions for me?

Scrabble fail to load properly playing through facebook....

This issue might have occurred because of browser cache and temporary files. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

Please answer these questions to assist you better.

• Do you get any error message?
• Is the issue specific to Scrabble?
• Have you tried playing Scrabble through Facebook app?

I suggest you to try using Facebook app and play Scrabble check if you face issue while loading the game. Also try resetting Microsoft Edge.

Resetting Microsoft Edge will clear Cache cookies and browsing history etc. Refer the steps below to reset Edge.

After factory reset, I'm forced into buying Tetris AGAIN.

I already bought Tetris for my HD7. After a factory reset, all my purchased apps downloaded fine except Tetris which attempted to take another £3.99 from me. What do I do? Is there anyone I can email to rectify my licenses?

 

Anyone know where to get the e71 OEM version of Tetris?

I went to www.ngage.com as you suggested and found the version of tetris there. However, it gave the history of Tetris, some specs. and the EULA but no way to download it. Any other suggestions?

Also, I don't remember receiving a voucher with the license code on it when I received my phone. I'll check the box again when I get home tonight.
