Windows 10: Trying to install Phone Link

Trying to install Phone Link on Win 11 PC, but clicking on [Launch Phone Link] does nothing. No error message. It's not already in the apps list and doesn't appear on the taskbar. When my phone fails to upgrade I just keep trying. One upgrade took 3 or 4 tries.

 

phone link not working. Keeps cutting out on phone calls.

I tried the first thing you suggested but when I look at the list of installed apps, phone link was not listed. So I skipped that and went straight to the second thing you suggested and that worked. Thank you so much. Is it a problem that the phone link at is not appearing in my installed apps? I really appreciate you taking the time to help me.

 

Phone Link vs Samsung Flow vs Samsung Dex?

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled
