Windows 10: Trying to download windows onto a newly built PC but "PC doesn't currently meet windows 11...

I recently finished a gaming PC build that should meet all the requirements for windows 11, I have a Ryzen 5 7600 and an rtx 4060 with 32gb of ddr5 and a 1tb nvme ssd. Everything is working fine except for when I go to download windows off of an external thumb drive and select windows 11 it gives me the same message "This PC doesn't currently meet windows 11 system requirements" I have checked the BIOs, features like secure boot are on and the nvme is detected. All other components seem to be working so what is wrong and why can't I download the operating system?

Hello! I have just installed a fresh media installation of windows 11 onto a USB, and im trying to put it onto my newly built pc.

I have an Asus B650-A motherboard, CPU is a 7800X3D, Secure boot is on standard (changed it to custom and it didn't change anything) and TPM is on enabled. I have also provided a link to pictures too Here (Error, and Boot / TPM settings)

I also have a key for Windows 11 Pro that im trying to use, but I get this same error whether I enter the key or choose I don't have one.

Ian, that's why the very first step I gave was to suggest running the PC Health Check. This is because in a meeting with developers before Windows 11 was released they told us the ultimate authority on compatibility is that tool, and that you can go ahead and install using ISO or media if it passes your hardware because Windows Updates and Installation Assistant may take awhile to catch up but Health Check is always real time.

How do I get Windows 11 when it says that "This PC doesn't currently meet Windows 11 system requirements". I'm currently using Windows 10 and it is very slow. Microsoft, please fix this problem to help me and others.
