Windows 10: True pin but did not open all happened after last updates also trubleshoot didn't work any...

My laptop window 10 pin not working since I am update the laptop that show "your credentials could not be varified something went wrong and your pin isn't available status : 0xc000006d , substatus :0x0.click to set up your pin again when I click on set up pin then goes to direct enter pass and same happened when I goes to troubleshoot for advanced option I try all option but any not work most option rather then startup setting ask for enter pass on my gmail when I enter it they say the password is incorrect. Try again but I update 3 time different change my password but nothing happened and

Chrome/ App didn`t start

Hi!

I've got this message today while I was trying to use Chrome and a Safe Pay (via an antivirus) application: "The procedure entry point IpRenewAddress could not be located in the dynamic..." (for each application). I`ve reinstalled Chrome several times, (deleting
also the related data in Program Files) bur didn`t work. Can you give me a hand with this please?

*Windows 10 has been updated 2 days ago but yesterday the apps worked properly.

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.
