Windows 10: Top Left Corner of My Screen Not Responsive to Mouse Clicks.

This problem has only occurred recently, within the last two months. I'm not sure when it exactly started. System information: Custom built PC with 1660 super, 12400f, and Windows 10. Other people have had this problem before, but not many people have a single consistent fix. It's often times something unique. My problem is that, on my main monitor only, I occasionally lose responsiveness in the top left corner of the screen and can no longer use my mouse to click in a rectangle shaped area. The rectangle of no responsiveness is longer than it is tall. Again, this only happens occasionally,

I have a problem with top left corner of the screen. I can put I mouse there, but when I click nothing happens... It is a small area. Please send me an advice how to solve the problem. It started happening two days ago.

mouse jumps to top left corner of screen

I have surface pro 4 running twin monitors.

Mouse cursor keeps jumping up to top left hand corner of screen and opening whatever file shortcut is up there.

It is rendering the computer unusable.

Something to do with trackpad sensitivity?

When going fullscreen in a game which requires using mouse as aim the mouse cursor moves up to top right or left corner of screen when i press esc or open menu ingame
