I've tried basically everything at this point.

My clock keeps rapidly falling behind sometimes, something like -0.1 seconds every 1 second. I'd restart, or put it to sleep & wake it up again, time's back to normal. Sometimes it stops falling behind, other times it gives me the finger. I've tried everything Google could throw at me in the first 5 pages. I've spent HOURS trying to fix this issue. Once it stops falling behind I think I fixed it, then 6 hours later, boom, fuck me, it's behind again.

    - I've restarted millions of times at this point. 1,000,001th time is not the charm.

    - It's not a CMOS issue. Motherboard isn't even a year old. Doesn't fall behind in the BIOS, sat in it for hours 5 times.

    - It's not a virus. Malwarebytes would've caught it.

    I've tried:

    - Re-registering Windows Time Service

    - Restarting Windows Time Service

    - Setting Windows Time Service to automatic start

    - Changing time servers to pool.ntp.org and time.nist.gov

    - Setting the time myself

Only recent change was a very light 5% overclock on my CPU, but the problem didn't even start until a week after. No way could that have anything to do with it.

    Build 18363.1379, version 1909.

    Hi,

If you prefer not to install Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, as of the moment, we do not have an option to disable or avoid the installation. However, we have an option to postpone the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update installation. Follow these steps on
how to postpone the installation of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update:

    • Click the Start button and then select the Settings
      icon.
    • Choose Update & Security from the list.
    • Select Windows Update in the left pane of the window.
    • Under Update settings, click Restart options.
    • Turn on the Schedule a time toggle switch.
    • Select the time and date you preferred (up to six days).

Note: If you want to continue delaying the update, you can adjust the time and date before the scheduled time.
