Windows 10: Thread Stuck in Device Driver error code

Have been gotten this error code a few times over the past month, but recently I have gotten it like 3 times within the last week, and that is only from what I have seen with my own eyes. I have tried looking around for possible solutions to the problem, but many places I found said that these problems vary on a case by case basis. I have done the windows update and it says everything is up to date, so I am just unsure of how to proceed if I need to check elsewhere on the device, or just go ahead and factory reset the machine, or downgrade to windows 10. Also I am using the the acer aspire 5 l

while using windows, a least twice a week I get an error code, saying thread is stuck in driver device. how can I fix this issue? I am using a laptop with the latest windows installed
