Windows 10: Third Monitor Display locked at 640x480

I am using a Dell Precision connected to a Dell WD19S docking station with three Dell P2417H monitors two connected by DVI to DisplayPort; one connected by DVI to HDMI.I had this set up working for over 4 years, and randomly this week, the third monitor down graded and locked to 640x480.I cannot get the third monitor to get back to 1920 x 1080 as it used to be,Please note I do not have admin rights to change/update drivers.The third monitor swill now always lock and grey out at 640x480 resolution. I have attempted the following:Unplug the power to the monitor, wait a few minutes and plug it

I have a AOC monitor e2352phz and display resolution is locked to 640x480

I have a AOC monitor e2352phz and display resolution is locked to 640x480 and in device manager the monitor is showing as Generic Non PnP monitor.

I have recently added AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card and the issue was observed. Earlier I had Nvidia GTX 1050 and the issue was not there I was able to use monitor in 1920x1080resolution.

Need help or suggestions to the monitor to display 1920x1080 resolution.

 

Monitor Stuck at 640x480

It's my HP work Laptop with only one built in HDMI. When connected individually, the same issue occurs, that one monitor stays locked at 640x480. I have a dual monitor setup in my actual office but when I'm there I'm connected through an HP USB-C dock with 2 HDMI ports or 2 DisplayPort and my displays work fine.

Recently acquired two MSI G271CQR monitors for my home office. One monitor displays correctly at 2560x1440 but the other monitor is locked at 640x480 and the resolution option in display settings is greyed out and I'm unable to change it. I don't believe it's a driver issue since the monitors are identical and I'm unable to make any real changes without an Admin Password since it's my work PC. I've connected another computer to the display and the resolution changes to 2560x1440 so there shouldn't be a problem with the monitor itself. I've tried rebooting my computer, power cycling the display, different HDMI cables connected via USB-C dongle and directly to the HDMI on the PC. I don't see an option to change the resolution via the monitor itself. I'm hoping that a multi monitor adapter might help but if not I've run out of ideas.
