Windows 10: There is no option for setting 12-hour time on my windows 11

There is no option for setting 12-hour time on my device/OS. When I navigate to the time format settings, I only find the option for 24 Hour. I don't like 24-hour time and don't use it at all. I need to use 12 hour on my laptop. Please how can I fix this problem?

To change the time format from 12 hour to 24 hour in Windows 10.

Follow the steps:

• Navigate to Control panel.
• In the category view of the control panel, click on the
  ‘Change date, time, or number formats’.
• Change the short time to HH:mm from the drop down.
• Press Apply to make the changes.
• Now your time format will change to 24 hour format.

Unable to set the times for "quiet hours"

Quiet Hours configuration

The default configuration for quiet hours in Windows 10 client is:

• The feature is enabled by default on all machines
  
• The window of time when it can be engaged is from
  12 midnight to 6 AM
• Notifications related to calls from VOIP lock screen call capable apps and Alarms are allowed to come through.

The user can disable the feature, or change the times of quiet hours, and/or determine if calls are allowed through the
Quiet Hours Settings screen. Settings are on a per-user basis only.

• Type Settings in search bar.
• Click the Search and Apps tab, then click
  Notifications
• Scroll until you see the Quiet Hours options.
