Windows 10: the wizard was interrupted before ps remote play could be completely installed

I need help how to fix it

Trying to install from a CD-ROM..The wizard was interrupted before TMS on CDROM could be completely installed."

There error we receive is in the

"InstallShield Wizard Completed" Screen

It states

"The wizard was interrupted before TMS on CD-ROM could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again.

Click Finish to exit the wizard.

 

Need help on ps4 remote play installer

So i wanted to try and download the PS 4 Remote Play for my laptop but it always ends up with the same error on the installer


if someone could give me some suggestions on how i can fix this that would be greatly appreciated


oh and also i am running on a windows 10 laptop

 

PS Remote Play won't launch

I've been using PS Remote Play for months and had no issues. However, after the most recent Windows 10 update, I can't get it to launch. When I try to launch it, the program will start and the Checking for Updates progress bar makes it about halfway, then
it just vanishes with no error messages or anything.

I have checked task manager to make sure it's not running somehow and it's not. I have uninstalled & reinstalled it, I have uninstalled the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 (as per a suggestion on Reddit) but that didn't work either. All my drivers are updated,
as is my operating system. I have also made sure that PlayStation Remote Play is allowed through Windows Firewall.

Anyone have any thoughts on what the issue might be?
