    This is a scam.

    • Disconnect now.
    • Contact your credit card company immediately to tell them your card number was obtained by false representations.
    • You will have to clean up and change all password etc.

    If I came round and asked you to give me your front door key because I had a contract with the builder you would punch me in the mouth. Adopt the same attitude towards anybody suggesting that you let them in your computer.

    Is GNI LLC authorized by Microsoft to do maintenance for Microsoft? I just bought a 2 yr maintenance agreement for $259. Is this a scam?

    PC scam

    My pc was hacked and an alarm went off and i was directed to call an 800 number to fix the problem. is the company PSM LLC a legit Microsoft partner or was I scammed?
