    Product key sticker is damaged

    Hi

    My product key sticker is damaged and not able to read product key. Bar code numbers are readable and can provide it. This product is for Windows 7 would like to use to upgrade windows 10.

    Can you please suggest?

    Windows 10 sticker with serial key damaged when scratched to reveal it.

    Hello,

    I just bought a new computer with a win 10 64bit USB from a local computer store.

    When installed windows 10 asked for serial I pressed activate later.

    A few days later wanted to activate my windows 10 and started scratching the back of the sticker because it had a tiny grey patch over it. While scratching to reveal the serial number I damaged the sticker and can't tell what are the first 4 numbers for
    the key, the other number are shown.

    xxxxo-ooooo-ooooo-ooooo-ooooo (x - not readable ; 0 - readable)

    Could someone tell me what can I do in order to recover my serial ?

    If there is a file on the USB with the original key or something like that?!
