Windows 10: The system cannot find the file specified. C:\WINDOWS\system32\<LANG_NAME>\mstsc.exe.MUI

Hello!As the title states; When I try to open Remote Desktop Connection it states this error message. I've read all other threads about this - that's why I am making my own, since the old threads about this is only in regards to 10+ year old machines. This is a recently updated Windows 11 machine that is fully up-to-date with Windows 11, which means I cannot update it any further as the older threads states.

okay ive done the same thing as you but i cant put the file back into the folder

• Copy nvlddmkm.sys in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_5518e59e8d3b48f4\ to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ and replace the existing one.

Bitlocker Error: The system cannot find the file specified

I was encrypting my Drive "D" and system got shutdown due to power loss. After turning on the system I was unable to decrypt the drive. I'm receiving the error "The system cannot find the file specified" while entering the password. I tried below steps but nothing helped.

1. Press Windows key + E, to open File Explorer.
   
2. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Recovery.
   
3. Look for REAgent.xml file, right click on it and click on Rename.
   
4. Rename the file to REAgent.old.
   
5. If you receive any prompt click on Yes.
   
6. Start the Bit Locker encryption process.
