Windows 10: The ProfSvc service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded

After resetting my pc windows 10 pro after resetting my windows 10 pro PC>local reinstall>remove everything after that I couldn't sign-in it would just sayThe ProfSvc service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded. So I tried to fix it. I thought that I just had to go into safe mode w/ cmd and run the command net user administrator/active:yes so I tried it. But then I didn't know what to do next... So I'm here asking for help, please assist me in fixing my pc, I had read another post suggesting to reinstall the system via USB, but I don't have a USB, is there any way to fix it

After latest windows update, the system became extremely slow. Upon resetting it, I get the below error:

The ProfSvc service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.

I cannot login using any of the users. Please suggest what can be done.

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

I restarted my pc and when i tried to log back on it said The ProfSvc service failed the sign in, user profile cannot be loaded.
