This error 734 may occur if either of the following conditions are true:

• 
  Multi-link negotiation is turned on for the single-link connection.
  
• 
  The dial-up connection security configuration is incorrectly configured to use the
  Require secured password setting.

I have sufficient balance in my phone. And this was working around a couple of years back. I didnt try to use this after that. But now i need it and I am not able to use it.

10. Even microsoft keep berbling on about server 2003 can't make sense of it. I am not a computer wizz kid no jargon please.
