Windows 10: The power options are missing on MS Windows 11 Pro and even USB settings in advanced power...

This seems like a common issue, and it has never been there. I have tried all the commands and recommendations I even installed clean windows 11 and i have tried all the commands i have seen and it will show the power option that the command I type on command prompt, but they never show up. So, I have had a new dell XPS sent as a replacement because of a mother board problem it always had the power options. They sent me a newer PC and I have to go in and adjust balanced like all the time. I need to just let you know it needs to be addressed in a future update because I should be able to run

USB settings in Power Plan Options on Windows 10 is missing, how to restore it?

As per the below suggested steps I am trying to disable the USB in USB selective suspend setting in my Dell laptop with Windows 10 Home. however, I do not find the USB Settings at all in two modes Balanced mode or Dell (Active) mode under change advanced
power settings. How to restore it?

USB Selective Suspend Settings, follow the steps below:

1. Press Windows + X.
2. Choose Power Options.
3. Select Choose when to turn off the display.
4. Open Change advanced power settings.
5. Expand USB settings and USB selective suspend setting.
6. Select Enabled (default) or Disabled.
7. Click Apply, then OK.

 

USB power setting is missing from the Power Options (running Windows 11)

I am trying to manage my USB power plan settings but the USB option is missing from the Advanced Power Settings option.

Control Panel/System and Security/Power Options/Edit Plan Settings/Change Advanced Power Settings

FYI:

I am running Windows 11 Home Version 21H2 on an HP Spectre laptop.

I tried some fixes posted for Windows 10, but they did not work.

NOTE: I am trying to change the USB power options to see if this will stop the flickering in my Logi HD 1080p Webcam.

 

Missing Advanced Power Options

I have a new Asus Zenbook UX431 with W10x64. Stock install. Win Pro.

I only have 2 power plans:
-'Balanced'
-'Asus Recommended'

However, when I goto advanced power options, I only have 4 available settings: Background, Sleep, Display, and Battery (see pic)

I am missing all of the following:
Processor power management
-Min processor state
-Max processor state
-USB Selective Suspend
-Link Management
-Etc etc etc etc

If I create a new power plan, I still do not have any of the missing options!

I understand that W10 uses a 'power slider' and I understand that there are registry mods that can restore the missing power options 1 by 1 however I am looking for a solution that restores all of the available Advanced power options and if possible removes the power slider function.
