Windows 10: The "gdrv2.sys" Driver is Not Loading on ABS Computer

I woke this morning and updated my computer to the Windows 11 24H3 update, only to see a driver error about some system settings that are not correct. However, when I look it up, all I see are highly technical answers that I have no idea how to read. Is there anyone that can dumb this down to me like I'm five? lol I'm not a coder or an IT guy. Just a regular person trying to make sure his $1,300 computer isn't going to be rendered useless. For the record, my computer is a gaming computer, but I don't game. Can't remove "GDRV2.SYS" on windows 11

My pc (Intel Core i5-7400 CPU on Gigabyte Gaming B8 board) got Windows 11 preview update (OS Build 22000.194; Windows F E Pack 1000.22000.194.0). I got a notification that "GDRV2.sys" can't load, from 1st update, then I removed all gigabyte app, even removed the gdrv2.sys from windows folder - no luck, then removed all the gdrv.sys files from windows folder and even from registry. Still the error is showing and gdrv2.sys is appearing in the windows folder. HOW can I get rid of this issue?

No, system does not hang. Just the notification " gdrv2.sys driver can't load ". My question is why this file reappears again and again even after removing all gigabyte apps, even temp files, registry enty etc. And if there is any way to stop this from installing itself!

I've recently purchased a new pc and now I'm installing the driver I need to work with my wacom cintiq. It was not working so I contacted Wacom support and they asked if there were any updates to be done. These are the ones I installed:

- Logitech - Media 10/22/2012 12:00:00 am - 13.80.835.0

- Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.5187

Unfortunatelly, now I'm getting this image as I restarted my pc:

A security is preventing this driver from loading. You'll need to adjust your settings to laod this driver"

I tried these to make it work:

1. Run as Administrator: Try running the program or installer that is attempting to load the driver as an administrator. Right-click on the program and select "Run as administrator" to see if this allows the driver to load.
   
2. Disable Driver Signature Enforcement: Sometimes, Windows blocks the installation of unsigned drivers by default. You can temporarily disable driver signature enforcement to allow the installation of the driver. Here's how to do it:
   
   • Restart your computer and enter Advanced Startup Options. You can do this by holding down the Shift key while selecting Restart from the Start menu.
     
   • In the Advanced Startup Options menu, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
     
   • After your computer restarts, you will see a list of startup settings. Press the F7 key to select "Disable driver signature enforcement." This will temporarily disable the enforcement of driver signatures.
     
   • Once Windows restarts, try to load the driver again.
     
3. Check Group Policy Settings: Group Policy settings can sometimes prevent the loading of certain drivers. You can check the Group Policy Editor to see if any settings are blocking the driver. Here's how:
   
   • Press Win + R to open the Run dialog, type "gpedit.msc," and press Enter.
     
   • Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Driver Installation.
     
   • Look for any settings related to driver installation or driver signing, and make sure they are set to "Not configured" or "Disabled."
     
   • Restart your computer and try to load the driver again.
     
4. Update or Reinstall the Driver: If the driver is outdated or corrupted, updating or reinstalling it may resolve the issue. Visit the manufacturer's website to download the latest version of the driver, or use Device Manager to update or reinstall the driver.
   

I'm trying to disable my antiviry temporarely now.
