Windows 10: The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ROOT\DISPLAY\0000.

I had my pc since the summer of 2024. When I play games on my pc recently it would restart my whole pc every time randomly or at the start of the game loading. the restart is a black screen then the pc starts back up like a restart. I changed my power supply as I thought it would fix the problem but the problem is still there. I have tried completely uninstalling my graphic drivers and doing a clean installation. I have also tested my RAM on memtest86. When I check my event viewer I found this warning The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ROOT\DISPLAY\0000.and this error T

This error happens during games and basic tasks, the computer simply freezes, forcing me to turn it off, no blue screen appears. I have already run DDU and the problem still occurs. This type of error is a little rare, I've left the PC for hours under stress and it doesn't happen immediately. Check out this MS answers exchange: it is focused on USB stuff (you didn't provide basic error message description text in your original posting, so I'm assuming it could be but isn't necessarily related). So re-installed the driver, but I am still getting the warnings on my Event Viewer. There were also 3 other similar warnings that I mentioned, so I'll post them in the reply here. Maybe there is a pattern?
