Windows 10: The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISH\dism.log

When I try open gpedit.msc and that windows can't find that and trying download gpedit.msc from folder or chrome then fix cmd I was waiting for cmd why there saying error 50 and The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISH\dism.logPls fix it and help mee

I can locate the log, as you suggested, however the log file is empty (size 0 bytes). I have run the suggested command above; no change. The full error is: "Logging is disabled: unable to obtain access to the log file c:\windows\logs\dism\dism.log.
