Windows 10: The disk gets stuck at 100% when copying and downloading. what is problem?

When I copy or download files with external programs such as idm or extract files from compressed mode, the disk gets stuck at 100%. I want to explain the problem more precisely with an example: For example, I want to copy a 1 gigabyte file, at first it copies up to 40% without any problem and the file explorer software uses the disk and the disk is used up to 6%, but suddenly the copy gets stuck at 40% and the system becomes completely slow and the disk It gets stuck at 100%, while no software, even file explorer, uses the disk, and after 6 to 8 minutes, the disk returns to normal, and file

I've seen that article. and I am in fact not running that driver. I followed the steps and it does not appear in the list.

 

Windows 11 update 22H2 stuck on downloading 99%/100%

Hey there, Today morning I received update notification about Windows 11 22H2 update as Insider Preview,

I clicked on download and install, it started downloading update, it got stuck on 99%,
Still 1 hour after it was showing 99% and consuming data (I guess still downloading).
I tried clicking 'pause for 1 week' and again clicking on 'resume' it got stuck 100%.
then I tried to Clean the downloaded update by using Disk Cleanup utility,

Again after starting update from 0, It is now 2nd time still stuck on 99% (I confirmed no network connection Disruptions this time)
can you guys suggest any solutions for this?
