Windows 10: The computer isn't responding to the keyboard, and the system is trying to run a corrupted...

That is the problem. A user was trying to copy an Excel file from one folder to another, and something happened the system hung trying to execute the File Explorer, when some time pass the system turn off but when you turn on again it follow hangs.The computer isn't responding to the keyboard, and the system is trying to run a corrupted program. It shuts down, and when it's turned back on, it's back where it was when it shut down.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

System Stopped Responding aka Freezed

• To reinstall your game, open Windows Store app, and then select the profile button.
• Select My Library.
• Locate the game in the list of available downloads, and then select the download icon to the right.

We also suggest that you restart your computer to normal startup to disable unnecessary apps that run in the background of your computer while you are using it. Here's how:

• Press Windows + R on the keyboard.
• Type msconfig, and then click
  OK.
• On the General tab, click the
  Normal Startup, and then click OK.
