    BSOD stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED Bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000096, 0xffff800121c17ff7, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000)

For the past few weeks I have been getting the BSOD seemingly randomly at again random intervals. When the blue screen pops up it reads, Stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, without anything else. When going into the event viewer, this error message pops up:

Also not sure if this is related but I have also been receiving these warnings which read:

  3. PC randomly restarting and Bugcheck 0x0000001e

My PC has been restarting since I had it built a few days ago, and the Windows Event Viewer shows this error "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000096, 0xffff8a8740f18288, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 1974b548-aa11-457a-adf4-87d5e433f041."

So far, I have run system file checker, DISM and Windows Memory diagnostic tool. None showed any error.

My PC consists of Ryzen 5 7600x CPU, 6750 XT GPU(OC by ASRock), Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX Motherboard, G Skill Trident DDR5 16GBx2 6000Mhz RAM, Corsair MP600 Pro NH 1 TB M.2 SSD, Deepcool 850w 80 Plus Gold PSU.

Could this be a hardware issue?
