Windows 10: TestResultPublisher.exe application is not starting in the selfhosted agent windows 2019...

TestResultPublisher.exe application is not starting in the selfhosted Virtual Machine agent windows 2019 agent while running the publish test result task in CI pipelines and its not failing it just running for 45 min and its succeeded we are not seeing any output and no results in the test tab. Any help would be appreciatedFix .NET Framework 'This application could not be started' - .NET Framework Microsoft Learn --i have referred this and tired but no luck.OS:2019 Windows Server DatacenterDotnet: 9.0.2.Net Frame Work - 4.7.2

desktop agent tray error message in windows 10

I tried the following suggestion. When I got to step 4, the list provided no checkmarks to uncheck and the icon for Desktop Agent Tray was a checkmark in a yellow circle. nothing happened when I clicked on the yellow circle with the checkmark. the title
on the list was Desktop Agent Tray(2) Clicking on the title opened a title beneath the Desktop Agent Tray (2) which did not have the (2)

the publisher of both titles was CenturyLink Inc and the status for the entry with the (2) was enabled and the status of the other entry was blank. Changing the status to disabled did nothing. the Start up impact was listed as high. There was another
entry under the two Desktop Agent Tray titles There was an icon then Dw20 with a high start up impact. No where was there a place to uncheck or delete. So far the box which lists the error disappears and there seems to be no problem. I just wonder why
it is there,

Desktop Tray Agent is a program used by Qwest to update their installer when setting up DSL (Digital Subscribers Line) based connections to computers. I suggest you to follow the steps below and check for the status:

• Press Windows key + R, type msconfig.
• Go to Startup tab.
• Click on Open Task Manager.
• Uncheck Desktop Agent Tray from the list.
• Click on Apply and OK.

Impossible to starts some exe files!

hello everyone,

I need help as I have tried all of what i have found in this and other forums, whitout any success.
Since a week icant start some exe files and i dont know why only some!
i have appleied what was described in Restore Default File Type Associations in Windows 10 Windows 10 Customization Tutorials ,
but no better results.
I have scanned my laptop for virus or malwares, and its clean.
for example i want start Acronis, then win10 say cant find the file even so i try to start it directly from the exe file!
same if i want to start ACDSee and some others applications.

For others files its perfectly ok, like AVG PCtune; Malwarebytes, Microsoft Office and so many others.

I have also tried to install again the sotware which doesnt start but it is the same.

Some people suggested that possibly a dll have been modified, but how to find out?
I hope someone will be able to help me as my next step would be to fully reinstall windows and all applications.
