  1. Teredo is unable to qualify (client is in a managed network)

I recently built a new pc and wanted to play some Forza on it but when I tried to go online with some friends and I would not work. I decided to get my connection on the Xbox app and it said that my teredo was unable to qualify. I have tried fixing the problem countless times, but nothing has worked. Another weird thing is that when I ran the command "Netsh Int Teredo Show Stat" it would say that the state of the teredo is offline due to the error client is in a managed network. The problem is that the game would work perfectly on my old pc and it was connected to the same network.

  2. My NAT type says "Teredo is unable to qualify"

    Hi Kole,

You may receive the error message Teredo is unable to qualify
if your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address. Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers and to facilitate connectivity between devices behind routers that use network
address translation (NAT). To resolve your concern, we suggest that you follow the steps provided on this

    link
    .

If you have already done those steps as you mentioned in your description, you may proceed to open the network ports and setting a static Teredo port by following the steps on this

    link
    .

Keep us updated with the results after performing the suggested solutions above.

  3. Teredo is unable to qualify

For the last three weeks I've had the same problem of not being able to join parties with the Xbox App, and I assumed the problem would go away on it's own. The problem is that it says my teredo is unable to qualify and so I did all the solutions listed
on the website. I believe to have found the problem as teredo is absent from the network adapters area under device management completely. When I go to add legacy hardware to install teredo back, it's just not on the list... any advice? I make videos using
the xbox app and this has completely prevented me form doing so!

    Thanks,

    Teredo is unable to qualify

    Hi,

If your Teredo network adapter driver is missing, please try to reinstall it in the Device Manager. Refer to the steps below.

    1. open up your device manager,

    2. click the action tab at the top.

    3. click add legacy hardware

    4. then click next and next again it will then scan and find nothing click next on the screen after that.

    5. Wait a minute and you will see a list of hardware appear, scroll down and choose network adapters then click next.

    6. then from the left column choose Microsoft.

    7. then in the right-hand column scroll down and choose Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter, then click next and this will install it.

(To check just make sure it is set to show hidden devices, right-click on device manager on the right and click view then show hidden devices.)

If that doesn't work, please check and try another solution from the thread and article below.
