Windows 10: Taskbar stops functioning and internet stops working Network IO Suspended

Ive been using my Dell G15 for about 4 months and this problem just started occuring very recently about a month ago it started and has gotten progressively worse. Every few minutes or so, my taskbar functions not the apps on my taskbar but the search bar, network, battery, etc just dont respond to when I click them. At the same time it also seems that my internet stops and I get this error on Brave browser: ERR_NETWORK_IO_SUSPENDED. Another thing to add is that my devices I have connected mouse and keyboard have RGB settings but they reset to the factory default and since they're both w

Internet stops working randomly...

Hi...I use Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer...they both work fine...and then all of a sudden, my internet stops working...I have recently found out if i connect to 62.252.64.16:8080, I can use the internet again...but it always works on auto detect proxy settings until that time it just goes...so why does it just...stop working??? And when I set it to connect to 62.252.64.16:8080, EVERYTHING apart from AIM works....wtf....please...I am in DESPERATE NEED OF ASSISTANCE...NTL CUSTOMER SERVICES IS BULLSHIT AND DOESN'T HELP

The issue you're experiencing could be caused by corrupted network profile or drivers. I suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter. To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Network troubleshooter, and then select
   Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
2. Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

If the issue still persists, you can perform a Network reset. Please follow the steps below:

1. Select the Start button, then select Settings
   > Network & Internet > Status > Network reset.
2. On the Network reset screen, select Reset now >
   Yes to confirm.
   Wait for your PC to restart and see if that fixes the problem.
