Windows 10: Taskbar not working after Windows 11 Version 23H2 install

Since the latest update I did on 14/06 which was for the below, I'm having issues with the taskbar not displaying a number of icons. I can still click them, but they're hidden and the icon no longer shows. It was fine before the update.This update addresses a known issue that affects the taskbar. It might briefly glitch or not respond. It might also disappear and reappear

The build number 22631.2506 implies the device has been upgraded to 23H2 already.
