Windows 10: Taskbar links

I was using the links on the taskbar for awhile to center it but now i want it back to normal. I tried unlocking the taskbar and moving the links but they still wont move whatever i do nothing happens i just want my apps next to the search icon but the apps wont move what so ever. Please help

  Right click on Taskbar.
  
• 
  Select properties.
  
• 
  Click on Toolbars tab.
  
• 
  Check mark Links and check if it helps.

System Icons on taskbar

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.
