Windows 10: Taskbar gap between the pinned apps and the opened apps after the update

Discus and support Taskbar gap between the pinned apps and the opened apps after the update in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; As you see in the attached picture there's a gap3 between the pinned apps1 and the opened apps 2 it's really annoying anyway to fix it? it happened...     Taskbar gap between the pinned apps and the opened apps after the update


    As you see in the attached picture there's a gap3 between the pinned apps1 and the opened apps 2 it's really annoying anyway to fix it? it happened after the 27th of may update Please Help

    Query re pinning and unpinning apps to taskbar

    Pinning an app to taskbar does not remove it from Start all apps list. It list in Start under letter M as in Microsoft Edge, you should find it there even when it is pinned to taskbar.

    Open file location is missing in pinned apps

    The setting that turns these jump lists on or off for pinned app on the taskbar (you can also right-click on apps in the Start menu to see them) is found in Settings - Personalisation - Start. The last toggle in the list is 'Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or taskbar'.

    BTW: A quick way to clear all Jump Lists is to turn this off then back on again.

    Yes. This is the one. Weirdly it now shows all the recent files after update. Maybe that has something to do with it. I did not do anything at all.

    Thank you again. I guess the problem is solved.
