Windows 10: Taskbar Flickering/Flashing After Minimizing All Opened Windows In Windows 10

Hi. This is my first time asking a question on this website, so, I apologize in advance if I put this in the wrong topic or if I'm asking the same question somebody's already asked.

I'm also new to Windows 10 better late than never, right?.


I have a minor problem with my taskbar, namely that after I minimized all opened windows and usually clicked on the Desktop, the taskbar seems to flicker/flash I don't know if there's a difference between flickering and flashing so I'm using both terms here, sorry again.
It's not impacting my PC's performance, at least as far as I know. However, it does trigger my OCD a little bit.

I've done some searching and found that some people were also having this same issue. Some have been resolved, and I've tried the solutions that worked for them to no avail.

My specs it's a 5-yo PC:
- Windows 10 Education version 1909 build 18363.815

I did a clean install about two months ago from an ISO that I acquired from Microsoft Imagine a few years back, it was version 1703, I updated it using Windows Update. I don't know if this problem has existed and persisted even before I updated the Windows because I didn't check it which was my first mistake, but to be fair I didn't know there'd be this issue.
- i5 4690K
- 8 GB RAM
- GTX 1660 6GB currently using NVIDIA driver version 445.75
- Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB and about 10TB of HDDs.
- MSI Optix G241VC monitor 1080p res @75Hz
I don't know whether this is a software problem, a hardware problem, or both. But I have a Windows 7 SP 1 installed on one of my HDDs on the same PC and it doesn't have this kind of issue.


Does anyone know how to fix this?

winstore.mobile.exe keep opening by itself in windows 10

winstore.mobile.exe opens by itself in windows 10 64 bit, how do i delete winstore.mobile.exe or keep it from aut opening and stay minimized in my taskbar?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 Flickering

I've experienced some unusual flickering ever since I installed Windows 10 on my main rig.
It only happeness when I open Microsoft Edge and EMail App.

It flickers between some random commands and tabs and what not when I open ME to browse online or the EMail app as well when I open my main email.

It is like I'm pressing random commands and stuff very fast, but they don't do nothing.

Anyone experiencing the same problem, and if they do, what can I do to solve it?
