Windows 10: Task scheduler related

I have a question I see a task somehow name Shared PC where showing AccountCleanup in task scheduler but it is disabled. Is it defaulty created in windows and a user can turn it on.

Steps:-

• Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
• Click on Task Scheduler Library.
• Select the particular task and right click on it.
• Select End.
