Windows 10: task scheduler "disabled" issue, trying to fix. windows 10 home.

Hi,NOOB ALERT: I don't know what's going on and why this is happening. The task:I created a task to turn my PC off when my son is on it so it automatically powers down at a certain time in the evening if he's logged in. It worked fine for a few weeks, then it quit working properly.History shows it as "event 142 task disabled" and then "event 140 task registration updated"But opening the event properties in the log, it says "user xyz disabled Task Scheduler task "\Shut down at 9pm"User: SYSTEM. I know my son's not going in and disabling the task. Why would the system disable it, then re-re

i try to update my command and could not.

i found a recommendation to enable . here -->

"Step 1: Open an elevated Task Scheduler (ie. right-click on the Task Scheduler icon and choose Run as administrator)

Step 2: In the Actions pane (right
pane, not the actions tab),
click Enable All Tasks History"

How can I enable the Windows Server Task Scheduler History recording?

Issue with Task Scheduler

The task name sounds like a malware. Try running a full scan using Malwarebytes, and Junkware Removal Tool (www.malwarebytes.org). These tools will remove malicious
tasks added by malware.

And, if that doesn't remove the task, you can remove it manually using the steps listed in this article.

What error message you're getting while using Task Scheduler?

Suggest you try the below mentioned steps to fix any issue with corrupted system files:

  Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click File > Run New Task
  
• 
  Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• 
  Type CMD
  
• 
  Type or copy/paste the following commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannnow
  

Reboot the system and check if the issue still occurs. If the problem still persist, try to check the issue by creating other User Profile to see if problem still arises.
