    Task Scheduler crashes


    Hello. I was editing an xml for Task scheduler to import. I didn't notice I missed a digit in the date so when it saved it errored immediately. When I tried to start Task Scheduler it loops in a error. I deleted the file from system32 location but it still errors out. Is there another place to remove that info so Task Scheduler stops trying to reference it? See error below.     I suggest you to clear the task from Task Scheduler using the below steps and check if the issue still persists.

    Steps:-

    • Type Task Scheduler on Search bar.
    • Click on Task Scheduler Library.
    • Select the particular task and right click on it.
    • Select End.

    • Have you tried recreating the task? If so, are you getting the same issue?
    • Have you tried creating a new task?

    • Under Services (Local), make sure that the Task Scheduler service's status is

    • Edit a task, or
    • View the task and click the "Conditions" tab.
