Windows 10: Task bar customizeation

How can I add the "shut down; restart; lock; sign off" options on the task bar. I hate having to go to the --not sure what it's called--windows icon thing--to get the options.

• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

Please follow the below step:

• Right click on the task bar and check if the option "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked.
• If it is check, I request you to unchecked it.
• Now drag the taskbar down.
