Windows 10: Tabbed File Explorer for Windows 11 KB5019509

My Win 11 updates are current.I am using a new Lenovo V14-ARE 14" FHD.My update history doesn't show KB5019509 which adds a tabbed file explorer.See: How to enable tabs for File Explorer on Windows 11 - PureinfotechI downloaded update KB5019509 from the Microsoft and when I ran it I get a message say "This update does not apply to your computer"Why is this happening and how do I correct it?WV-Mike

Tabs not appearing in Explorer after Cumulative Update KB5019509 (Windows 11)

Hi, as the title states, I don't have tabs in explorer after update Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5019509),

which I found weird, since this Windows Update article states that tabs in Windows Explorer is a feature in this update. I've tried restarting after updating my system and restarting explorer.exe in task manager, but after these steps I still don't have tabs. Can someone help me through this?

Thank you for the screenshot, that is very strange, you should have the tabbed File Explorer.

Try uninstalling KB5019509, then go to the Microsoft Catalog and re-install the X64bit version of KB5019509 from there
