What languages does Microsoft Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech platform support for Windows 10?

I found the Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech Engines for Microsoft supported Languages

(Version 11) but it does not list Windows 10 as a supported Operating System. My main question is what languages does Microsoft Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech platform support for Windows 10?

Voice dial speech synthesis busted on 12.0.013

I just installed version 12.0.013 on my N95 (scandinavia) and noticed that voice dialing freezes the phone.

I've narrowed it down to the speech synthesis that reads back the command the phone thinks your are saying.

Turning that off, and voice dial/command works as normal, but as soon as you try to get the phone to play back a command (also using the speach comm. app to re-play a command) it freezes and no sound is made.

Others have reported that it works fine on their phone, but I believe they are on a different product code (Euro1) so maybe it has to do with the language version of the speech synthesis (if there is such a thing).
