    System sounds keep resetting to 100%


    Hello,I've been having this issue/bug where my system sounds keep resetting on random times while my PC is turned on, but also after a restart or on boot up the next day. I'm running windows 11 and I've noticed that this keeps on going on for a long time now. It's very annoying, especially with all those notifications I receive throughout the day. Can you help me out with this?

    Windows 11 system sound keep resetting to 100%

    So I put the windows volume of system sounds to 10% put sometimes it randomly resets to 100%

    Good surround sound headset

    I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue System sounds keep resetting to 100% :p

    System sounds keep resetting to 100%

    (Windows 10) - 'System Sounds' Resets to 100%

    I've been having this problem ever since I installed Windows 10. Pretty much, I set the System Sounds slider to 5% in the system volume mixer and randomly it will reset it's self to 100% making notifications very loud.

    Aside from re-installing Windows is there anything that can be done to solve this problem?
