Windows 10: Sysprep/OS guest customization does not start on virtual windows 11 machine

Hello I have created a virtual windows 11 enterprise machine in my vmware environment. The machine works fine, but during cloning, i want to sysprep it or OS guest customization, as it is called in VMware, but nothing happens. The machine is upposed to start up and then reboot, when initiating the sysprep, but the reboot and sysprep just does not initate. I have tested the OS guest customization on onther windows 11 VMs with success, so i know that this should work. It is something specific to this windows 11 machine that causes the sysprep to fail Or not really start. This is also the reaso

A bit more information about today's live event:

• We will set up a technician machine to install Windows, customize it and install software. I will use a Hyper-V virtual machine for this but everything done can be done on a real physical machine or any other virtualization software as well
• When done, we will use Windows System Preparation Tool (Sysprep) to create a customized Windows image
• We will capture the image (create a system image)
• We will then deploy (install) Windows to other machines using our customized image

Are there any Virtual Machine guests eligible for Windows 10 Upgrade?

What is the upgrade eligibility for guest machines? I am running VirtualBox with a Windows 7 (x64 Home Premium) and I was able to reserve the upgrade for it. Are there any Virtual Machine situations where the upgrade will
not be available?
